What do we offer for our 5 star customer service? We want to provide you with a fantastically positive, memorable and lasting experience that will encourage you to come back to us time and time again. 

We don't want to be just "satisfactory" We want to be exemplary. We want you to feel so happy with your shopping experience with us that you dash to write those 5* reviews on our social media pages and recommend us to your friends and family. Sure, some of that will be about the fabulous products we have chosen for you but in our customer service, we are thinking about so much more than that. Our team love delivering the best possible customer service, it's a passion for them - whether in store thats ringing around other stores to find the right size of a piece of clothing or contacting the designer to see whether a bespoke piece could be organised. For internet or social media orders, we make extra efforts to meet tight postal deadlines when we know about them. But in addition to offering to go above and beyond for our customers, we also make the following pledges.

We will be responsive and will call you back as within a couple of hours of picking up your messages.

We will always be honest and transparent. The customers' best interests are OUR best interests.
